Hey all!

I'm currently on the final stretch of my last semester doing Games Art >:D I've got some final touches to add to my dissertation and then it's game over :D

As an addition I've put together a small survey (no longer then 5 mins), if anyone could take the short amount of time to fill it out I'd be truly grateful <3 It's about games so it's safe for work and not mentally intensive ^^

Survey here :- DONE!!! :D

Thanks cork-spotters, Fire fly, Nikumba, Neodude, Schumi84, Efour, [FnG]magnolia and ~Divine~Wind~ :D

@ [FnG] - The aim was to have people fill it with an answer relating to the previous question, to save them having to negotiate a list of the same possibilities.
It's cool as some people have put answers which I haven't enabled them to choose prior, something that didn't crop up during the handful of pilot tests I conducted.

Done. However, read selection bias.

Thanks Jon!

Yeah I'm aware of selection bias and other potential warping factors.
The survey is very subjective and made even more so with the limitation of artefacts I can use (people will always be drawn to particular games/characters they know). I've also spread the survey across different forums, as I know Overclockers has a very aware and avid PC community.
For the most part this exercise is to further add to the research and practical activities I've already completed (You can never have to much research:)).
It has given me some really good information thus far to! So thank you very much indeed!

EDIT

@Judgeneo - Thanks Judge, I agree with your statement, it is subjective and everyone will have their own interpenetration of what is what. The only thing I can do is try and blanket and receive as much information as possible to identify a trend.
