didnt start it till mid march literally sat from 9AM to 3AM for 3 weeks to complete it, The feedback in my presentation about the contents of my disertation were not great, i knew i could do better

but somehow managed a 2:1 still to this day puzzeled as it was poor. I sisnt deserve that grade for effort at least

I can imagine how you felt. I've not enjoyed doing it at all and didn't look forward to supervisor meetings. I didn't really start mine properly until Feb, and even then it was casual. Been a lot more full on this past month and I've managed to get it done. Always been a last minute guy.
 
Handed mine in a week last monday. 12356 words and 108 pages (50 of which were my appendices). Was a big relief to finally hand it in but I now have a 30 minute oral examination of my dissertation to complete next week.

Then once im all done I have to work on re-writing it for publication. Hoping to get two papers out of it. One on the methodology developed for the project and one on the results.

It is finished but nowhere near done.

Dissertation project was handed in before Easter, monstrous weight off the shoulders.

Does mean I have been on auto-pilot since however. Going to need to get back on it with 3 pieces of coursework (one due tomorrow at 1pm, barely started) and 6 hench exams left.

Lucky enough to have a cracking job sorted come September though, so as long as I emerge clutching a 2.1 I can wave goodbye to education forever come June 13th.
 
Just finishing mine off at the moment.

13700 words so far and probably another 1500 or so to add to that.

Then its just referencing and the abstract left to do which will probably take a good few hours tomorrow.


Cannot wait until it is handed in :)
