Distributing TV signal around the house via Ethernet

So, I'm sure it's doable but I've got NO idea how to do it, what kit I'd need etc.

Plan would be to have an HTPC with multiple TV cards to receive multiple signals (might use Sky) and distribute them to different TVs around the house via Ethernet.

How do I do it?
