If you looked away for a split second you wouldn't even know they had entered the water. They're ridiculously consistent in every diving discipline.

Yeah I noticed that. However it suits their culture very well.

He's got his main event the 10m individual next Friday. He won't be winning gold though unless he shoves the Chinese bloke under a bus between now and then!

Contrast it to the Chinese divers who look slightly bemused by the whole thing "ok, we won gold, that was expected".

A good result from Britain though with some quality opposition in there.

On paper the two Chinese divers should take gold and silver with Daley and Boudia fighting for bronze but as we saw in 2012 it only takes one poor dive.

Tom Daley and Daniel Goodfellow won us the bronze last night and now it's the turn of Tonia Couch and Lois Toulson.

Another China gold medal is expected.
