Divorce

Why are the courts so in favour with women...wft some of the things you hear are pure madness..

Equality gone to far... like everythin else these days :(

As I said in the last thread similar to this; your better off finding someone you don't like and buying them a house.
 
A friend at work went through a very bad divorce :(

They have 2 kids together and found that they had drifted apart, so both agreed to part on good terms. That was until she went to see a solicitor to sort out finances and so on, then things got really nasty.

Basically he lost everything including 4 classic cars that he had restored by himself over a 6 year period + his home. He is in his late 30's and is starting out all over again :(

To be fair he has met someone else and is really happy but I would say financially he really really lost out.
 
We have things to learn from the past i think...
ducking stools, burning at the stake or maybe... public flogging ;)
 
seriously... the courts are stacked in favour of women in this country.
After all being a "housewife" in my opinion does not entitle women to all the house, kids, furniture, and half your wages and pension...wtf this is madness - So you leave your wife, she takes the kids , house, car... everything you sweated for, and leaves you in a B&B with all the debts.... the government think this is ok.. wtf - no wonder more people go on the dole, why work when you cant get out of the ****. :mad:

Dont get me wrong, i dont dislike women, infact i think there great ( but thats another sory) and are entitled to equal rights as men bla bla .... EQUAL not more than - which is what they get now.. sorry but true. :mad:

But it's when they leave you and they still manage to take everything you have, worked hard for, this has happened to a couple of people I know from work, poor gits.:(
 
When you get a divorce this half hlaf thing is probally the biggest load of bull in the world,it encourages gold diggers second is inheritence tax, i mean wtf, :mad:

Financially I'm screwed after divorcing the wife - lost the house that I'd put all my capital into and now can't afford anything in my area, and so have to rent :(

It doesn't always work that way round you know.

And for that matter, who says it's always the guy who pays for everything? :confused:

Have you guys got any sources to backup any of the vast generalisations you're making?
