DIY chain, sprockets, maintenance/service advise

ive never had to tbh

look on ebay you can get the chain and sprockets for under £90,the sprockets that come with the chain kits are decent
 
Keep the renthals . I have them on the Tuono and there very good . I would add a chain splitter / riveter to yer list (ebay) . It can be done in other ways but given yer a novice this would be the easiest way .

I tend to use an angle grinder to remove the chain and a ball peen hammer to refit but the last x-ring chain i did i had to break out the proper tool as it was to fiddly
