What else does MedPlusDoctor have?! May have to get some silicone implants and do some home surgery the next time a mate passes out drunk!

Perhaps we should all chip in for some of these, then drive around the country fitting them to fattys during the night. Thus saving the state and the NHS hundreds of thousands of pounds each year.
