Hi, I am looking for a device to fit onto my fridges so that it will make noises when the door is open...
I work in a kitchen sometimes the fridge just aint close properly and we have to throw away all the food... anyone know any product exist? or if I can make something that will work? thanks :)

Is it a commercial kitchen? If you have decent fridges a beeper goes off it it rises above a certain temperature.

You can buy thermometers with a warning buzzer - I've seen them used in catering premesis. Something that buzzes all the time the door is opened would be really irritating.

I suggest buying one of the birthday cards that plays a sound clip when open ripping the speaker mechanism out of it and attaching it to the door of the fridge. That way every time opens the door you would be greeted by Cliff Richard, David Dickinson or another celebrity of your choice

Just edited my post to another link with one pre-built that you can install easily and cheaply. :)
