Hi,

I have finished my pure silver interconnects.

Made from 22awg pure solid silver wire, sleeved in cotton, with a final cotton sleeve. 3 wire litz braid, 2 ground, 1 signal.

The RCA plugs are yarbo pure copper pins.

How do they sound? detailed. A step up from my gotham interconnects. The bass isnt as 'big' but its much more controlled.

the cost? about £24. Diy is the way to go!

Look great, any chance on a guide/list of components needed (I'm totally clueless about hifi diy :))

Thanks for any help

its a pretty good quality signal path (pure silver).

If i could afford some 'silver bullets' to terminate them then it would be fantastic.

The sound is noticebly different to the gotham interconnects, even my girlfriend instantly picked up on the change.

I'm told that the Eichman plugs are about the best sounding connectors out there, though they look like tat if you ever check one out. They're also not that cheap.

I have some of this in my drawer, made a 3.5 - 3.5 with it and it sounds very good. I'm only using Neutrik connectors though.

the neutrik profi plugs are meant to be good, 12 quid per pair. The yarbo plug came to something silly like 24 dollars!

The guide may need to wait another night. I am doing max fitness test, so i may to be functioning too well tonight!
