DJ/Mobile Disco

Avoid vinyl, you need to carry absolutely craploads of the stuff, a couple hundred CDs is much easier.

Avoid strobes, you don't know if any of the guests at the party you're working have any medical conditions.

got into it, left it, theres loads of competition, people can be so demanding, if you haven't got the music they get in a right humph

thats only cos they're drunk :) just tell them to go away, never tell them you're deffinetly gona play their song, just that you'll have a look for it and do your best to fit it in.

I have this talk about 10 times a year :

How much will it cost to book your band?
Why?
Because we want to book you for a wedding
Believe me, you don't want a band like us doing 70's classic rock at a wedding
But we don't want a disco
Why because I would recommend a disco for weddings, birthdays, engagements etc?
Because they only play what they want and bring too many flashing lights
Well you are the boss, ring up a disco and tell them exactly what you want.
If they haven't got some of the music then tell them you will provide it and also
tell them not to bring strobes etc and make sure they have enough power for the size of venue

I can do that?
You're the boss, if they're not willing to comply then ring somebody else
Thank you.
