Django Unchained

Just watched it and enjoyed it.

I wasn't too sure whether the scene with the hoods was supposed to be funny, but I found myself laughing out loud for real!

saw it in the cinema and everyone was on the floor rolling around...

by far the best tarrantino film EVER. The range of emotion and engagment with the characters makes this a classic.

Saw Life of Pi yesterday.. while a great film, was left feeling a bit 'Meh' compared.

Watched this last week when my partner put it on. I had intended to go upstairs and do something else to be fair as I can not stand westerns and can not stand that era of US history in general it bores the life out of me. Second only to Victorian England! lol

But, I ended up watching it and I loved it.

Certainly one i'll be adding to my extensive Bluray collection when it is released.

Didn't feel half the length it was

My wife felt the same, she was going to do something else then loved it as much as me:)

Right, am I seeing things or does James Remar feature in this film as two different people? In the very beginning he's the guy on the horse who has his brains blown out by Schultz, and then at the end he's Pooch, the guy with the sawned-off?

Fantastic film!

Loved it had the perfect mix of comedy, serious and action.

The KKK scene was fantastic, had the whole cinema in stitches :D

This, loved the film thought it was really really good. Will definitely be watching it again, a little annoyed that they didn't spend just a little bit showing django learning to shoot :-(

Yes he does, I noticed this too, not sure why it happens though.

Great film, didn't feel anywhere as long as the film was, a treat. Much like inglourious ********, you could watch and listen to so much more dialogue, Christoph Waltz was excellent.

i count 6 shots N word...
2 Guns N word!

I went expecting to see a Tarantino film and got just what i was hoping for too. Good film, one of the only ones ive seen recently were i wasn't thinking about my sore bum on the cinema seat.

i saw life of pi and Flight that week 2 and both films bored the pants off of me.

Pretty good, I give it 8/10. All the performances were great, but I felt Jackson's character was a bit stupid and over the top. Also, does Tarantino think Jackson is only good for one role?

Could have done with being a bit shorter and Jackson's character toned down in my opinion.

When he broke the skull a tiny piece of bone flew onto the table. When he slammed his hand onto the table later on in the scene the bone cut his hand (near his index finger). You see him pick it out when the guy on the left of the screen stands up from the table about 10 seconds later, then a second after that he realises he's cut his hand but carries on anyway.

He actually smashed one of those little glasses on the table, i can't beleive the actress let him smear his blood over her face though.
