Hi all,
In need of some advice from someone with a bit more knowledgte than myself.

I booted when i got in from work today and my D drive has vanished  - i check the BIOS and its there and as far i can see all settings are fine etc.

When i look in event viewer i see the error 'dmboot' and when i double click on it for more info; dmboot: Failed to auto-import disk group Walsbyp4Dg0. All volumes in the disk group are not available.

Now I have searched google and tried a few things but nothing has worked :(

I have quite a lot of stuff I dont want to loose on the drive (that will teach me to make backups) if it can be helped, from what I have seen on google it is a windows problem? but then again im not sure.

Any advice much appreciated.
