DMT tool and BT retrain:

If I use the DMT tool to hold my sync rate at 7000-8000 and turn my router off every night, will my BT BRAS profile start to reflect this? It seems to be way down at the moment, and as BT speedtested is normally very busy...Im just wondering if this is the right action to take....Or should i let it sync at those speeds and leave up for days on end? Since my new speedtouch 585i the snr is great....can sync at 8096 and in the day im at 16 snr and evening 12-13 which are ok arent they?

I let it syn a little under that as my FEC errors rise quite a lot, and i get a couple more crc errors...But my bras is still down at 4500 due to my old crappy router...

To get your speeds up you need to leave it synced for a full 3 days.
