DnB thread!

Sub Focus ALbum out now.

Time to order me thinks.

Not sure about this album - it's all over the place, but maybe takes a bit of listening.

Have to say I prefer the Logistics album, and Sick Music - both pretty good.

I've been listening to a lot of really good older mixes (2000 - 2001) on DNBForum. Check out the sets by Brygan Gee, Grooverider and Jumpin Jack Frost in Mannheim Germany in particular.

I have to agree with you on that front. After repeated listens it did improve, and there are some amazing tracks on there. But it does remind me a bit of pendulum, aka when I first listened to DnB with some bangin tunes, some stuff that is ignored, and some alrghtish vocals.

Pretty good, but did expect more from Sub focus.

Will chekout the others you mentioned.

Any good record shops for older CDs? I'm after Seba's Return to Forever.

Here's a nice tune by Utah Jazz - Take No More, sorry it's ripped out of a recent Hospital podcast.

Can anyone spec me some really filthy drum and bass? I've been listening to fairly liquid stuff for the past couple years and I miss the heavy basslines (you know, the ones that frighten most people :p). I've been enjoying the G13 record label recently. Any other suggestions?
