DNS error. please read

Hi,

Upgrade the firmware of your router,
can you ping test from the router? if so try this
ring talk talk and ask for your IP. ping that, see if you get a response.

personally what i would do is..

go and buy a cheap netgear router and test it(if it doesn't work just take it back)
even if it does work you could still take it back and get talk talk to send you a new one.

Can you call your ISP for support?

They will be able to tell you if you are online/connected properly or not.
