Do all HDMI mid/budget LCD TV's include HDCP?

As title, every TV on any website from budget unheard of names to sony/LG/panasonic etc dont say if they have HDCP on the HDMI port ? Im looking at a 37/40" TV and have found some for a good price but them or the expensive versions dont say if they do HDCP, having already run into a problem playing a dvd ?! on my OCUK value 24" monitor via HDMI/DVI plug (content protection error), I want to make sure my investment will let me play HD stuff.

A requirement of HDMI is that it carrys HDCP, therefore anything with an HDMI input will support HDCP.
