Do BT and Virgin phone lines use the same exchange?

Sometimes though they cant offer much. I have ditched many EE contracts that were up this year as the retentions wernt really competing with other providers.

Yes that's what I'd been hearing about VM lately too, hence why I really did expect to switch away from them this time with the hassle that entails. But they came up trumps so all good.
