its going in to an Akasa Mirage case.

starting to get more and more tricky each time i look at my project

i will have a look at barb sizes and delrin tops when i get home tonight,

any other info to help me is always appricated

im thinking of getting the cylinder res, would a 250 be big enough ? and also *** options would there be for mounting it inside the case ?

different resivours have different mounting options. check the manufacturer's website for exact details.

250mm will be more than enough.

Always go for as big a rad as you can. Consider a PA160.1. Res size won't make a difference to performance.

You might want two fans. DB-1 might be ok on it's own for a 2-block loop especially as the fuzion is low-restriction but the head pressure on the DB-1 is quite low, anyone with experience?

It depends on how much fluid will fill all the tubing and the blocks and the rad and the res and the pump. You could do a little math or you could just overbuy. You'll probably want to change the fluid at some point anyway.
