Gigabyte : most expensive, but excellent customer service / quick rma + decent cooler (same one on my 480).

HIS : cheapest, and quite possibly the quietest at load. Rma will most likely take much longer (overseas).

MSI : Decent rma / cs, though perhaps not quite as fast as Gigabyte. Comes with a good cooler, and is one of the better ones available.

I don't know if they have sorted out their problems, but as far as I know, MSI did have issues with a batch of 7950's.

Ok im sold on the 7950. Thanks guys for your input. I still have to decide which monitors i will let these play on but at least i have the ball rolling. Gtx 580 and water blocks going on sale tonight lol.
