When testing with fur mark it say power usage is 112w, and that is overclocked with the power limit at 20%.
in crossfire i would not over clock until needed

where did you get the number of 250w from?
 
I wouldn't trust any software to tell me voltages. The only way to be sure is to measure it at the wall.

As that Tweaktown review got 562w at the wall (total system load) a single card will pull more than 112w.
 
Yeah I would agree. Even if it does do 632 you are very close and that ignores losses, changes in supply, etc. good choice to upgrade but I would opt for some head room. I run a 3960x and 3x290s all overclocked and that pulls somewhere up to 1200 at the wall on a super flower 1300.
