Do I have enough Power

I am considering buying an X1950 card, or at least an X1900. I am not sure though if my Antec Neo 480w will be enough, or I will have to upgrade the PSU as well, which will be a factor in which card I can afford.

Will there be a massive difference from my 256Mb X850XT PE card??

The difference between the X850XT PE & the X1900XT, X1900XTX or X1950XTX is Massive.
