Do I need a KVM?

Hi,

I've got my Hazro HZ26Wi connected to my Mac Pro via DVI.
I'm looking to buy a NetTop PC and want to share the monitor between the two.
My initial thoughts were to buy a KVM, but then wondered whether the monitor can switch between the two if the NetTop is connected via HDMI.

Is there an option to switch between the interfaces or is a KVM switch the only option?

Thanks in advance

Normally it is possible to switch inputs, I do this my Dell so you shouldn't need a KVM. Check your manual on how to switch inputs - it'll either be a button on the front or in the OSD.

Thanks Shine,
I don't have a copy of the manual - can anyone point me in the right direction?
I'll have a look through the OSD and see what I can find.

You'll only need a KVM if you want to also share the keyboard and mouse between the two. Otherwise just switch inputs on the monitor.
