Do i need a pump?

I plan on using one for a CPU and GPU loop, it should do it fine.

They're not currently in stock though which is a shame.

In what sense?

You do need a pump. Completely passively watercooling would be ridiculously difficult to organise.

The thing linked to has a (very good) pump. So if you buy that, you will now have the pump you need, and will not need a second one.

The 18W laing ddc, as included in this combination, will pump water through a cpu block and graphics block with no problems whatsoever. It's the recommended block for multiple block/radiator loops. The 10W version would be more suitable for a cpu only loop, and also quite capable of running multiple blocks but at a lower flow rate than the 18W.
