well did you join before may 2004?? i'm just going on what the Home Office have told me - they are the ones who sent us all the guide books etc.

Nope, I worked from late 2005. I had to show my drivers license as proof of ID and provide my national insurance number.

well then that just goes to show how useless the home office are then if they are giving people different information but at the end of the day ive been told its that way, its all on the home office websites etc thats what theyve told me on the phone so that what we are doing
