Do i need an Amp

I've got the Asus Xonar D2X PCI-E Sound Card and im thinking about getting the sennheiser 360pc headphones,Do i need an Amp to get the best out of the headphones or is my soundcard good enough to do that on its own.
I will be using the headphones mainly for Gaming.

I used to have a HD595 with a Xonar DX. I later upgraded to a Xonar Essence STX (built in hp amp) and in my opinion it made little to no difference.

The 360 is essentially a 595/555 with a mic attached.
