Do I need RAID Controller?

In the near future I'm planning to RAID0 3 of these http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HD-013-OC .

My motherboard (Gigabyte P35C-DS3R) supports raid but wondering if I will need a dedicated card.

I'm after results like this one:

I want the read/write speeds to be consistent. Not sure if motherboard will be able to provide these results...
If it can, then great!
