Do I need to enable IPV6

On my Sky router, I get an IPV6 IP address, I changed routers to an Asus one, on the Asus router I get a normal IP address. In the router settings their are options to enable IPV6 but I don't know what to set options as, do I need to enable IPV6

if you dont know about ipv6 dont worry about it

Do you mean you get a local ipv6 e.g you pc does or you get an external Ipv6 address?
Either way dont worry about it although external Ipv6 is useful as it shouldnt change after disconnecting and such. But inside your network there isnt really any reason for consumers to use ipv6 that I know of.
