She's playing you, the problem is when you finally overcome her "good looking girl" spell, you'll be in a world of pain. "yes i took the pill don't worry" or "yes i love you and want to get married"
 
possibly the best thread in terms of responses, i once dated a gypsy, didn't know it at the time, then i found out her dad had only just got out of jail for GBH, and when i called her up, she gave the phone to her dad who wanted to talk to me.

i got out of there pretty damn soon after!
thankfully she also moved, as was their nature, but find out what he's been put away for, if it's theft, consider it karma, if it's assault, consider buying a kevlar vest ;)
 
if she wants you and not her BF then she'll have to split up with him first won't she? i don't really see the issue with this.

it's only gonna be a problem if you deuce her repeatedly while she's seeing him. If she won't break it off with him first then i wouldn't start any sort of relationship with her, although i might be tempted to do a sneaky one-off raid of the palace if you reckon you can get away with it ;)
