That's where i was confused, She's proper nice. And I really don't understand why she's with him, He looks proper rough, And she's not lol

I don't know why but I knew I had to double take and make sure I didn't read that right.

Sadly I misread it and it was not as excitingly awkward as I had hoped :p

Why don't you ask her about the BF and try and wrangle out why she's more interested in you than him now, maybe he's a capital douche....in which case you're AOK...

Never get involved with a girl that has a boyfriend. Especially when she has admitted to having a boyfriend.

Keep it as just friends.
If they end up breaking up, then maybe you can make a move.
If they don't, unlucky. However this would confirm the suspicions that she is a crud whore, and let you be safe in the knowledge that you avoided poking a skag.
