Do I need to set a fan curve for my card?

Built a small ish pc on thursday. Im happy with it but the side of the case seems abit warm when in gaming. It might just be that its normal and im abit paranoid .

This is a pic of usage and temps from a game of warzone i just played .

Does anyone here have a pic of their fan curve (afterburner) that i could see.

As said, yes its a bit high but not imo for a modern Asus card unfortunately.

Out of interest, what are you using to monitor temps etc? - like the look of the info its providing. :)
 
Now I am confused - I use MSI afterburner yet I don't get the information displayed or formatted like that....

I must have my settings wrong. :o :D
You can set in AB what is displayed and what is not.

its in the settings window under one of the tabs, I cant remember which 1 as I dont have it installed.
 
think it installs it by default. i didnt have to install it, i just saw it in my system tray and wondered what it was.

Well sort of if your like me and just press next, next, next. But there is a option to not install it.

But to get them stats you need to open Riva and choose the options you want to display.
 
Temps are perfectly fine for a 2080Super.

You could always lok at undervolting in MSI afterburner which can yield decent results (search youtube for RTX undervolting or similar - from memory Optimum tech did a good video on it as he focuses on SFF systems)
