Do i really need to re-install my OS?

Got myself a BFG 8800GTS last night (w00t) to replace my 1900XT in preparation for UT3.

Will driver cleaner do the job, or do I really need to re-install Vista.
Really not in the mood for doing that, because of all the apps and stuff I will need to re-install.

When firing up driver cleaner - do I just remove anything that says ATI ?
 
Drivercleaner Pro will do fine mate

Uninstall ATI drivers from CP

Reboot,boot into safe mode,run drivercleaner(remove ATI stuff)

Boot back into vista,install Nvidia drivers,reboot

That should do just fine;)
