Do modern windows laptops have the same/similar gestures to MacBooks?

I've been using a MacBook pro for work and have come to love the swiping gestures on it, particularly the 3 finger swipe to switch between full screen applications. Is this also a thing on modern windows machines? I'm looking at buying a new laptop and this is quite a big factor for me.

Any recommendations in the 1k region? Don't mind second hand, I've been looking at the new MacBook air or the Dell XPS 15. Any other things I should be considering? Would be mostly for work (software developer - not ios though), any gaming ability is a + but absolutely not required. I would say quiet, light, thin and great battery are all my main concerns.

It's a Windows 10 thing. Any modern laptop should have a multi-touch trackpad/touchscreen.
