Do ocuk class coil whine as a fault?

for me depends if most of it gets drowned out when the fans kick in I can live with that, but if its still clearly heard its going back, I dont get this play with headset anyway I dont always use it for single player games and like to build and setup PC to run as silent as I can, my last card 3080 had excessive whine clearly heard over the fans kicking in could hear it in another room sent it back replacement also had it but much less mostly drowned out with fans kicking in I can live with that

I dont like how its such a lottery when someone else could have much less of it or none of it and paying the same not like the cards are cheap now shouldnt have to settle for it
