Yeah they'll hold on to it until the missing part arrives, so it all ships together as far as im aware. 
Well, they have just sent me one correct item and one incorrect item so they had better part ship
. I ordered some thermal adhesive tape and some TIM cleaner. I got the tape, but the TIM cleaner was replaced with a pack of Arctic Silver thermal adhesive. Not sure how they got that wrong but I get to test out OcUK's Customer Service - whoopee.
