Do these benchies look right?

Left is two 60gb Vertex RAID0 with latest firmware, right is two IBM SAS 74GB 15krpm RAID0 and botom is my Sammy F1.

I think the vertex could be better.

I agree the Vertex could be better - have you enable the Write-Back Cache? That can mmake heaps of difference. Download the Intel Storage Matrix Manager software and do it from in there is prob best and easiest.

looks about right to me.
The best feature of SSD drives is access time, which is shown by your test.

edit: didn't realise that it was RAID ssds

Yeah i have it enabled, i just did a few tweaks and im goign to rebench.

No idea lol, i just done a few registry tweaks that Tony at ocz forums had recommended. Definitly made a difference.
