Do these temps look normal?

I recently swapped out my thermaltake frio for the OcUK V8 watercooled kit. On the frio i could have both fans set to half and get high 60's when running prime 95 with AS5 TIM. I've got my fans mounted in a pull configuration as i couldnt physically mount them in a pull setup.

I've now got my W/C set up and after 15 mins of prime 95 my temps read 74c with my 2500k at 4.7ghz with 1.3811v.

The rad is only 30mm thick rather than the hspc 35mm one because it was out of stock and got the black ice gts 240 lite.

Ambient in my room is around 24c. I think i might have used too much TIM but what temps do you think i should be getting? Ill be removing the block tomorrow and re applying.

id say 74 is a little hot but the ambient was very warm and also the voltage on the chip is higher

I thought 1.38v was within reasonable limits for 4.7ghz? I think i've found the problem. I removed the mesh grille on top of my 600T and i've been priming for the last 20 minutes and max i've seen is 63c.

Its also a lot quieter. The mesh must cause extreme airflow block. I can run the fans full tilt and just get a quiet whirring noise.
