Do you add to Wikipedia?

Was just bored at work and chatting to someone on MSN, she was looking up her old school one wikipedia, so as a joke I put her name in noteable alumni (and then took it out again as I think the whole wiki thing is a great idea)

Anyway that got me thinking, has anyone ever written or added to an article or even an article about themselves?

Maybe we should compile an OcUK wikipedia article!
 
A member on these boards wrote the entry on fencing pretty much single-handedly, and then waged a 2-year running battle against Americans trying to change what he wrote.

I once edited Psuedo Code as a joke as my friend thought he had invented it, someone instantly changed it back! so I changed it again, then I got scared I was gonna get banned!
 
I've edited the Forest Green Rovers page. I kept it up to date for a while last season but haven't done it for ages.
 
I used to edit it and add articles quite a lot, but gave up. Most people there are self-righteous prigs and I'd had enough after I was told for the umpteenth time "this image/article/link/section doesn't conform" to yet another frivolous Wikipedia guideline.
