Do you agree with...

MMORPG's are the only games that really interest me anymore as I don't feel so 'isolated' when playing them, so for me the PC will be my main gaming machine for the foreseeable future.
 
Can you get strategy games on consoles, such as CIV series or Total War series?

If you can I'd buy a console.
 
No I don't agree. 'Games' is to broad a term. If it was narrowed down a bit to something like:

'if you want to play fighting games. buy a console' or 'if you want to play MMORPG games. buy a pc' then I might slightly agree.

I'm not sure what context the quote has been taken from but really I would be thinking that I play on both console and pc's thanks very much and enjoy both.
