Whoa...talk about change the subject.

Anyway I thought I was on permanent ignore.

Did you not get the memo, New GD rules. When failing miserably to clarify/defend/strengthen your point, simply post something random and hope it offers enough of a distraction to cover your exit.

He's just trolling like Xordium and the others.

He's not trolling me as I haven't responded to any of his posts or see their relevance to any of my points bar the subsequent one I made which is that one should establish something is true before asking other people to disprove it.

How do you feel about that one? Do you think one should prove something to be true before disproving it because you have take both stances in this thread.

I know you didn't answer my earlier question about qualifications etc which is your right! But may I ask another. Did you used to be religious - were you at any time in your life what one would term as a born again Christian?

Yes, as evidenced by things like this

I believe we evolved from microorganisms and plants in the sea - could have been land too but more likely to be the sea

I've been atheist all my life and as I've gotten older and studied theology I've became more of an antitheist.

It would seem not.

Indeed. That's a good example of a modern day species bridging the gap between land and sea. Something creationists seem to have a hard time with for some reason.

If you look back through the fossil record, there are lots of examples of such creatures. In fact I'm sure I posted one earlier in this thread. Tiktaalik, which I believe is one of the earliest yet found fossils of this type.

I did actually allude to that standpoint, and also concur with it. :)

^ indeed. Evolution is incredible. Many many example of sea > land or sea > air.
I personally don't see how people cannot believe in evolution.
