Do you complain?

That statement implies that people are just trying to get something for nothing. The fact that you are complain about something that you are paying for, goods or services, and those are not being provided in an acceptable fashion means you have every right to expect not to pay for them in full. For example it could be that you have to spend a total of many hours on the phone to support lines or perhaps have to stay in to wait for someone to deliver/visit and they don't turn up ending up in your wasting time or you being out of pocket. Therefore I look at it as reasonable recompense for the inconvenience caused.

Yes, there's a few in here that are worthy of a complaint, but split Tesco bags? That is definitely trying to get something for nothing. Oh noes, I'm too thick to pack a carrier bag!

Also, the way a lot of these letters are grossly over exaggerated just takes the ****. Surely the people reading them must have a right old laugh.
 
I am a bit of a complainer sometimes you have to fight to get the simplest things done.I don't try to get on peoples last nerves but if your known to go above people heads /Tell managers then it gets done.:cool:
 
Meh, I tend to just ignore it. I don't moan too much, and if I do, its in a jokingly way. As long as everyone else is having a good time, I see no need to make a fuss.
 
While I'm sure complaints can often lead to its rewards. Its almost always depends on the company.

Ever complain to EA or Ryanair.

Hotels and First class services take complaints very seriously. Go back to a dodgy chip van at a concert after you find a pigs arse in your chips and they'll look at you like you've two heads. Often you get what you pay for. Unfortunately.
