Do you cook potato waffles in your toaster?

Surprisingly you can also grill hash browns the same as potato waffles, takes a little longer maybe 15-20 mins, but yeah I wouldn't put one in a toaster unless you really had a death wish.

Had an experiment with this the other day. 2 in the toaster and 2 in the air fryer. It took about 4 rounds in the toaster but tbh don't think it was on max.
Air fryer cooked quicker and significantly more crispy.

Also made the best home made chips in the air fryer the the other day too, and fake kfc. So there :p

What is so good about them? Getting my own place soon and am curious because I've heard they are great but can't understand how. They sound like mini ovens to me so how can they be better at cooking chips?
They just seem to work better at cooking stuff like that than a conventional oven, I think it’s the way the hot air is blown around such a small space. They are also a lot quicker. Oven chips which usually take half hour in the oven are done in about 10 minutes. Same with other stuff. You can knock yourself up a quick dinner like frozen cod and chips in 10-12 mins. They cook a mean sausage too.

:o Sounds most interesting, and useful for my small place then. I don't eat much chips (wife does) but I don't half like making some steamed slamon or a slab chicken breast. Shame I can't make pizzas in these things... I'll do some research now, cheers!
