It varies. If I'm throwing the teabag away then I put milk in just before I remove the bag. That way if I put too much milk in then I can try to recover the situation by leaving the bag in longer. But if my wife wants to throw it on the compost heap then I'll usually take the bag out first.
 
Away, but will switch when it’s needed.

My only weird take with showering is I refuse to buy any expensive shampoos, just seems like a complete waste of money.

cheapest own brand shampoos / body washes are fine.

My hair is a grade 2 all over so what’s the point.

also if I use soap, which I dislike, I will have to use a body wash after as I find soap makes my skin clingy or grippy feeling.
 
I'm forced to buy head and shoulders due to having my dad's dandruff/flakey scalp condition, even in my eyebrows, if I don't shampoo everyday it gets itchy and flakey.
Thing is i'm going bald, and googled "do bald men still get dandruff" it seems they do.
