Do you go running in the rain?

The rain? You don't know commitment until you've been out running when there's a couple of inches of snow on the ground, it's about -3C and it's chucking it down. Coming from Scotland the concept of not doing things because it's raining is somewhat alien, you'd never get much done at all.

I'm not running much at the moment because of a back issue but when I do go running outside then it doesn't particularly matter whether it's raining/snowing/windy or not - a little bit of rain doesn't hurt.

I always burn up when I'm out running, so anything that helps me stay cool I see as a bonus, whether that be rain or snow. I quite like running when it is slinging it down as it feels like it's me vs nature!

Yeah, love running in the rain. Might go in a couple of hours to work of the slab of cheesecake I just scoffed.

Yes, I run in the rain, and the snow and whatever weather is going on. Actually, the worst weather to run in is when it's sunny and hot; you'd have to take water and you still dehydrate too quickly.

Love running in the rain, especially when its quite warm out (like today - ran 10k).

Run whatever the weather really. Red hot is bad, Windy is worse :)

seriously, sissy football players run in the rain in shorts and a t shirt. Whats stoppping you from putting on a ran jacket and hat?

As long as you can keep your skin dry, its really no problem. Atleast no one else will be out in the rain.

Just put your mp3 player in a sandwhich bag and you are good to go. Done it plenty of times.
