Do you hate your boss?

Direct manager is a good guy and lets me be as he knows i'm good for the work, some of the other guys dislike him as he will keep ontop off you if your a lazy ****.

My main boss is hot, but keeps herself to herself and would destroy me if i was to do wrong.
 
My last 3 have been all very good people. My last was terribly unorganised but a top bloke. My current one makes cakes for us and is generally trying to fatten us up it would seem lol.
 
Mine verbally offers you a new job, then says HR won't allow it, you need to do an interview, then doesn't give you the job. Not amused. I have worked my arse off since joining the company :/
 
Line manager is great. Really sound bloke, has his head screwed on right, knows his industry, knows how to get things done for the benefit of all.

Previous one was amazing, only been in my new role for 2 months, but new manager seems good enough.
 
my ex line manager was a complete ****. so much so, i felt the need to text a fellow colleague my 'explicit' thoughts on what i thought of him but actually sent the text to the line manager in question instead in a brain screw up as i had his name in my head at the time of my recipient search.

he was such a gutless wimp that instead of going to town on me, he apologised to me for his ways and started bleating on about how him and wife were having problems with her daughter.

now, i'm a compassionate person but i wasn't having any of it and couldn't give a stuff. he also blew any ounce of trust i had for the bloke out of the water when he said he wouldn't tell anyone else about the text or meeting even though my 'proper' boss told me he had told him about the text before i'd had the meeting as a heads up!

the gutless ***** is probably reading this now, as he had a habit of spying.

tip of the day, be careful who you text and be your own boss.
