Do You Have Friends?

I have quite a few friends, But the people I would consider closest to me are my brother and my best friend who moved away to cornwall. I rarely see him anymore but we still talk on the phone, text and keep in contact via facebook. I do miss him as we were like brothers!!
You mean your brother?

:p

In answer to the thread no, but this damn oxygen tent dictates my social circles these days...

I've got a great gf and some good friends, but only one person I can call a true friend and I haven't seen them in 3 years, and my best friend is down london and I see him once every 6 months if that. The rest have slowly dwindled down over the years. Also pro tip, don't date one of your friends when you are a close group.. when things go bad... they go baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad for everyone.

If you get a job in sales, like Ikea or a clothes shop you tend to make friends with a lot of people. It's just when you leave, the friendships tend to diminish rapidly.

Can be close to my family, if they weren't in London I'd be a lot happier, have a small group of friends but with dissertation and uni I've been stupidly unsocial since February :(

I've always chosen to keep just a couple 'friends' & anyone else are aquaintances. I like it that way. At the moment, I have one person I like to call a friend who we pretty much hang out as often as possible, and anyone else is an aquaintance.

I generally dont like people so ideally I like to have 2 'friends' and 1 girlfriend at any given time. Then if one friend is doing something, you always have the other one - and the girlfriend is there for obvious reasons. :D

I think in general blokes are much happier to only have a couple mates or their own company, where as women feel they need to have 100 friends.

I've about 5 very very good friends.

I've also been living with one of them for 2 years now, before that I lived next door to the person as well for 2 years.
