Do you have meat with every meal?

Lack of imagination and knowledge seem to be your problems here!

You misunderstand, anyone can chuck a load of vegetables/pulses etc together in various combinations with spices, herbs, seasoning etc and make it tasty, but I prefer the texture/taste and health giving properties of meats and animal fats. So therefore I like to incorporate them into all of my meals.

If people want veggie meals then great! leaves more meat for the rest of us!:p You're not doing your health/body any special favours by going meat free though, the only advantage I can think of is you can probably prepare cheaper meals.

I tend to have meat with just about all non-breakfast meals and maybe half the time have a breakfast containing some form of meat too.
There probably is an element of lacking the imagination to create some really tasty vegetarian dishes, but there's a psychological aspect to it as well. I tend not to think I've had a proper meal unless it includes meat in some way.

I remember going to a South Indian restaurant with some colleagues from work when one of the guys on my team was over from India and it was an entirely vegetarian buffet.
There was loads of choice and I certainly filled myself up with good food, but I still came out afterwards thinking something was missing.

The odd lunch, and a few dinners when I was on a weight-loss challenge at work at the beginning of the year, but chicken, beef and pork show up every week.

I would try some more variation, as some veggie dishes I have had are yummy, but usually they rely on spices to bring a bit of kick, and my gf doesn't eat anything hot or spicy (so no curries or mexican food for our joint meals).

Not for breakfast unless I’m in a hotel and sometimes for lunch. For dinner it is either meat or fish.

For a while I decided to have a go at Eastern Orthodox style fasting (I'm not Orthodox). That meant a combination of restrictions on meat, fish, dairy, oil and wine (various people interpret things differently). If effectively meant I was veggie a couple of days a week. The days I didn't look forward to were strict fast when all of the above were restricted.

It did mean I tried a few things that I wouldn't have done otherwise but honestly - if there's a meat or fish option I will not pick the veggie option without deciding to do so in advance.

Most of the time with dinner and tea but breakfast is usually meat free as it consists of porridge and a protein shake.

Unless I'm being lazy and grab a bacon/sausage sandwich from somewhere on the way into work. :D

I Have ALL THE MEATZZZ..
Ahem.

I usually have meat with every meal, failing that I'll have eggs/flavoured Tofu or if I miss a meal / want more fluid I'll have a protein shake, usually mixed with egg/rice/oats/cookies/biscuits/icecream/peanutbutter.

No, I always have some form of meat or fish. I feel unfulfilled/unsatisfied without it, and I need the calorific values, the proteins and fats from the meat too to maintain my healthy lifestyle.

Though I do have omelettes so that's one snack / meal where there's no need for meat, however I do like having ham in it. :D
