Do You Know Where 'ull Is?

2 miles out. Remember seeing it on a map when I visited York about 12 years ago. I have a good memory for things like this :D Quite easy to associate where it is with other features on a map too.

I've been to Hull, yet i was 55 miles out :p

I don't know why anyone would want to find Hull though, you'd want to lose it surely?

0 miles off. You can tell where the city is on the map by the whiteish coloured 'built up' area when you zoom in.

But I work all over the country and have been to Hull (or to give it the proper title Kingston upon Hull) several times before. I have also driven through it, past it and around it :p

20 miles off, only ever been there once to get on a boat to go to Amsterdam. Last time I want to go there too.

One mile off. Due to my job it's beneficial to know where a lot of areas/places in the UK are, so I didn't have trouble finding it even though I've never been there and don't really intend on going there :p

2 miles out. I have been there quite a few times. Though only to use North Sea Ferries when I lived in Germany and traveled between there and Scotland many many years ago.

7 miles! Well impressed with that.

I just know there's a bridge there and it's pretty far, and it's on the East coast-ish, my Sherlock Holmes style skills didn't let me down.

Wrong side of the river though!

1 mile off, but I live too close to Hull for comfort.

Zero miles! :D (#)

But then I live too close for comfort too! (SW Surrey!) But my Brother lives somewhat closer! ;) :D

(# Of course, one can't zoom in that much on the map, anything less than 10 miles is going to be a lucky guess really)
