Do you let your mac sleep?

My Mac Mini sleeps most of the time and is only shutdown/rebooted if an update requires it or if I am going to be away from the house for more than a few days. The automatic sleep timer is set near the maximum and I normally manually sleep it from the menu.

I let it sleep after 15mins if not downloading anything. I use the screen off and screen saver after 15/10 mins if it is. I've stopped downloading so much but I did tend to just leave it on the whole time and only rebooted it to switch into windows for the odd game. But I felt that it was a waste of power at night so have returned to shutting it down when I go to bed.

I never turn mine off, even if i'm leaving it for 5 mins I shut the lid putting it to sleep. Even if I'm moving it to catch a train I just sleep as it as the battery only loses about 1% battery every 15 mins and it will then turn on instantly with all the programs running.

screen blank - 15 minutes
screensaver - 5 minutes
auto sleep - never
disk sleep - when possible

I run a web server with launchd running a shell every 10 minutes so sleeping it would defeat the object really
