I'm doing well so far. I was 120Kg (18.9 stone) to start with last September and now 110Kg (17.3 stone), I'm taking things nice and easy and should reach my target of 89Kg (14st) by June/July.
I know it's still a little high but I look my best at around that. I don't want to look skinny or anything and I'm worried about excess skin, so 14st will do me and at that point I start to build muscle. I'm 37 so it's a challenge but it's going well so far.
Targets are 100Kg by Easter, 90Kg by July at the latest.
I'm surprised because I always look much fatter in photos then I do in the mirror, so there must be some positive psychology going on in my head.
