I was wondering do people find they prefer one of "Realistic" or Fantasy/Sci-fi over the other when gaming.
There is bunch of us at work, two of us have a PS3 and the other two have a 360.
The other 3 really like Call of Duty 4, but I think having someone with a stupid accent telling you to run about everywhere is annoying and boring.
On the other hand I really liked Resistance and Resistance 2, the other guy with a PS3 bought Resistance at launch and hasn't completed it and has no inclination to. The two guys with 360s both hate Halo 3. Now I haven't played Halo 3 but enjoyed the first two.
Some one at work was selling Bioshock on the 360 so I told one of the guys he should get it. Once I mentioned the Plasmids he said he doesn't like spells and magic.
Is this just us at work or do people a favourite genre.
